Clinic Operator / Owner
Nada Vulic, RDH
Meet Nada, she has over 30 years of experience in dentistry. She fell in love with the industry while in high school gaining work experience as a sterilization technician at her local family dental clinic. She went on to become a registered dental assistant, treatment co-ordinator, dental administrator and office manager before returning to school to become a registered dental hygienist. She has consulted her clinical and management skills to many dental and dental hygiene practices throughout Alberta. She especially loves tackling challenging periodontal cases and utilizes many different skill sets, technology and techniques to achieve your optimal periodontal health. Nada in her spare time enjoys her time with her husband, 2 kids and dog. You can often find her at a hockey arena either cheering on or coaching her kids' teams. Fun fact, Nada was a fiercely competitive goalie in both hockey and soccer once upon a time!

Registered Dental Hygienist
Andrea Sandhu, RDH
Meet Andrea, she has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for nearly 10 years as she graduated in 2015 from Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene. She takes pride in being able to provide optimal oral care to her patients, often using the latest technologies that are available. Her goal is to help provide a comfortable experience and to aid in helping patients achieve their oral health goals. One of the first things you will notice about Andrea is how kind and compassionate she is. She is passionate about patient care and prioritizing patient comfort during treatment.

Outside of work, Andrea is a foodie and loves to travel! She enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Leo and Alfie, as well as with her family and friends. Andrea is also a fellow Chestermere resident and loves being apart of the Chestermere community.

Dental Receptionist
Arsh Malhi
Meet Arsh, she has recently graduated from her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Health Science at Mount Royal University. She is passionate about working in the healthcare field assisting patients. As a volunteer at the hospital, Arsh has been assisting patients in the Emergency Department with wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and food distributions for almost 3 years. She has been a receptionist for almost 5 years in various industries such as a car dealership, optometry clinic and dentistry. In general, Arsh loves to work with people, socialize and solve problems. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends. She loves to try new things, specifically new foods and traveling to new places.

Kari-Lynn McLeod, LPN
With over eight years of experience in the emergency department; where thinking quickly, paying attention to every little detail, and staying calm under pressure became second nature.
After years of working on the frontlines, I found a new passion in medical aesthetics — a space where I could combine my love for science, my eye for detail, and my desire to help people feel confident in their own skin.
As a Nurse Injector, I’m all about creating natural, beautiful results while making sure you feel comfortable, cared for, and truly heard. Every treatment I offer blends clinical skill with an artistic touch — because I believe the best results happen when science and beauty come together.
Medical Director
Carolyn Gratton, NP
Meet Carolyn! Carolyn is a seasoned nurse practitioner with over 8 years of experience in the medical field and is the medical director of Nu-Gen for wellness services.
Specializing in injectables, she began her practice by focusing on medical injections for conditions such as migraines, chronic pain, and muscle contractures, demonstrating her commitment to improving patients' quality of life. Recognizing the demand for aesthetic treatments, Carolyn expanded her expertise to include aesthetic injections, showcasing her adaptability and passion for comprehensive patient care. Carolyn possesses a practical and easy approach when teaching that resonates with her students, making complex concepts accessible and understandable. She plays a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring her colleagues, contributing to the growth and success of their practices.
With a solid client following built on trust and results, Carolyn prides herself in her attention to detail, holds herself to high industry standards and expectations, strives for quality work, and prioritizes client satisfaction and happiness above all.
